Maintenance Service Agreement, you receive scheduled on-site visits
customized to meet your needs.
· On this scheduled visit, we
will perform any software updates / patches as needed, and perform
general system maintenance.
· Instead
of getting an invoice for every service call, you will receive a monthly statement showing how much time has been used, and the time you have
remaining on your agreement.
· Preventative Maintenance
Service Agreements are available in blocks of time: 15, 30, 60, 90 and
120 hours.
